Limba Finance has a flexible approach to lending which allows our clients to release equity in their projects, so that they can take advantage of other market opportunities. In some cases our loans release funds tied up in newly completed properties that are being marketed for sale. In other cases, our clients hold portfolios of property assets that are under-leveraged, and need access to liquidity for business working capital purposes, or to acquire further properties.
